Most repairs are done within 1 to 2 business days. Some things like data recovery or parts that need to be ordered can take longer. We will give you a timeline when we give you the quote.
Yes. We handle both Windows and macOS for software issues, tune-ups, data recovery, and setup. For hardware repairs on newer Macs with soldered components, we will let you know upfront what we can and cannot do.
We tell you. If the fix does not make financial sense, we will say so and help you figure out a good replacement in your budget. You only pay the diagnostic fee.
No. Everything is flat-rate so you know what it costs before we start. No clock running in the background, no surprise bills.
Absolutely. If you bring your own RAM, SSD, or screen, we will install it. We warranty the labor but not the part in that case. If you want us to source the part, we mark it up 10 to 15 percent, which is standard, and warranty everything.
